TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Referal Partner is able to purchase Water Filtration Systems at 10% off full retail price when purchased directly from Seller (not online). Partner then owns that inventory and may resell at whatever price they decide. REFERRAL FEE - Partner receives a 10% referral fee from referred customers who purchase systems using their affiliate link during the term of this Agreement. RESPONSIBILITIES OF REFERRAL PARTNER • Partner agrees to adhere to any guidelines set forth by the Seller regarding the use and promotion of the products. Partner shall promote Seller‘s filter maintenance subscription plans. WARRANTIES - Product warranty claims are handled directly between customer and product manufacturer. Filtered Hawaii does not warranty installer‘s work. GOVERNING LAW - This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hawaii. ENTIRE AGREEMENT - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. *
